0114-Day Money-Back Guarantee

If you are not happy with a Service, you can ask for a full refund within 14 days of the date you first paid for it. You do not need to give a reason. This policy is part of our Terms of Service.

The guarantee covers cloud servers, web hosting and business email. The full amount you paid, including taxes and payment fees on that order, goes back to the payment method you used, usually within 5 to 10 business days depending on your payment provider.

02After 14 Days

After the first 14 days you can still cancel at any time. We credit the unused part of your current billing period to your account balance, and the amount is shown before you confirm the cancellation. Account credit can be used for any of our Services.

03What Is Not Refundable

  • Payments made in cryptocurrency, because those transactions cannot be reversed
  • Colocation, which involves physical installation and space reserved for you at the datacenter
  • Remote hands work that has already been carried out, setup fees, domain registrations, software licences and other third-party costs
  • Services suspended or terminated for breaking our Terms or Acceptable Use Policy
  • Payments that are the subject of a chargeback

04How to Ask for a Refund

Cancel the Service in the client area with immediate effect, or open a ticket with the invoice number. Cancelling deletes the Service and its data straight away, so copy anything you need first.

05Governing Language

This policy is written in English, and the English version is the only legally binding version. Translations into other languages, including Simplified Chinese, Spanish and French, are provided for convenience only and are not legally binding. If a translation differs from the English version, or is unclear, the English version prevails.

06Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to change this policy at any time. The version published on this page is the one in force. When we make a material change we will try to tell you by email or in the client area before it takes effect, and your continued use of our services afterwards means you accept the revised version.
