01Who Is Responsible
Internet Nice LLC, a Florida limited liability company, is responsible for personal information collected through tbnode.com, internetnice.com and our client area. Contact us about privacy at privacy@internetnice.com. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not look at the content stored on your Services except where needed to investigate abuse, provide support you request, or meet a legal obligation.
02What We Collect
- Account details you give us: name, organization, email, phone, postal address, and the content of tickets and messages.
- Billing records: invoices, transactions and the identifiers returned by payment providers. Card numbers are handled by the payment provider, not stored by us.
- Service records: which Services and IP addresses are assigned to you, provisioning history and actions taken in our control panels.
- Technical data: IP addresses, browser type and times of access to our websites and client area, used for security, fraud prevention and troubleshooting.
- Colocation access records: visitor identity details and certificates of insurance needed for datacenter access.
03Cookies and Browser Storage
The client area uses cookies to keep you signed in and to protect forms. Our websites store your chosen language and light or dark theme in your own browser; this stays on your device and is not sent to us. On your first visit, the websites read your browser's language setting, and internetnice.com may use the country reported by its network provider, to show the right language.
04How We Use It
We use personal information to provide, bill and support your Services, to communicate with you about your account, to prevent fraud and abuse, to keep our network secure, and to meet our legal and accounting obligations.
05Support Tickets and AI
To help us reply faster, the content of support tickets may first be analysed by one of the various third-party artificial intelligence providers we may use, before a member of our team reads and answers it. A person reviews every reply before it is sent.
07How Long We Keep It
We keep account and service records while your account is active and afterwards until you ask us to delete them. When you ask, we delete what we can, but we keep these records for as long as the law or our obligations require:
- Invoices, payments and other accounting records, for the period required by tax and accounting law
- Records of which customer used which IPv4 address and when, needed to handle abuse and meet our obligations to address registries and lenders
- Records needed for an open dispute, chargeback, fraud or abuse investigation, or legal request
Backups of a deleted Service may remain for a short time before they are overwritten, and cannot be restored after that.
08Your Choices and Rights
You can see and correct most of your details in the client area. Email privacy@internetnice.com to ask for a copy of your information, for corrections, or for deletion; we will answer within 30 days and explain anything we must keep. Depending on where you live, including in the European Union, the United Kingdom, Thailand, Singapore or California, you may have further rights under local law, and we will honour them where they apply.
09International Transfers
We are based in the United States and operate in the United States, Thailand and Singapore. Your information may be processed in any of these countries. We protect it in the same way wherever it is processed.
10Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect personal information, but no system is completely secure. On unmanaged Services, protecting the data stored on your server is your responsibility.
11Children
Our Services are for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
12Governing Language
This policy is written in English, and the English version is the only legally binding version. Translations into other languages, including Simplified Chinese, Spanish and French, are provided for convenience only and are not legally binding. If a translation differs from the English version, or is unclear, the English version prevails.
13Changes to This Policy
We reserve the right to change this policy at any time. The version published on this page is the one in force. When we make a material change we will try to tell you by email or in the client area before it takes effect, and your continued use of our services afterwards means you accept the revised version.
